Homecook: quick lunch series

Some home cook lunch on weekdays when I work from home.


 
Burger bun by White Brick Oven with stir fried cabbage & mushroom.
Add in cherry tomatoes to cheer up my lunch time.
Served with soy milk too.

Chinese style strozzapreti with coliflower, carrot, oyster mushroom and cherry tomato.
Some chilli flakes to spice up the dish. 

Wholemeal baguette with stir fried carrot, oyster mushroom and asparagus bean.
I love mashed sweet potato at Nando's, so I did a remake seasoned with sea salt, cinnamon powder and black pepper.
