They made tempe burger, and showed us how to eat tempe raw.
It was so good!
We bought tempe at RM15 for two.
Since it's still fresh (within 12 hours from when the tempe has done fermentation and ready to be served), we ate it raw.
After 12 hours, it should be stored in freezer and you can grill or pan fried it to eat.
