Homecook: Tofu sesame bread ball

I saw this quick bread recipe from a blog.
It looks simple and fast, so since I had the ingredient (all in organic somemore!), I tried to make them.

Just mixing everything in a bowl and blend well.

It's really simple.
However, not sure what's wrong the dough wasn't rising enough.
The internal part was still a bit wet.
I think I might need to put less of the tofu next time.
Lucky it's still edible, haha~
